Buechenbach/Munich, May 05, 2025: Telepaxx Medical Data, a leading software-as-a-service provider for medical image data management in the cloud, is appointing its former Chief Technology Officer Tobias Anger as Managing Director of the company with immediate effect. This means that the management of the established medium-sized company now consists of the previous Managing Directors Andreas Dobler and Dr. Caroline Grau as well as Tobias Anger.

Anger has been part of the management team at Telepaxx as Chief Technology Officer since January 2022 and in this role has been responsible for expanding the cloud infrastructure and the company's product portfolio. In his role as Managing Director, Tobias Anger will continue to be responsible for all technical areas of the company, such as product development, product management and the operation of the technical infrastructure. Together with the two other managing directors Andreas Dobler and Dr. Caroline Grau, Tobias Anger will drive forward the transformation of the established software company in order to provide hospitals and other medical facilities with modern and secure image data management in the cloud.

Many years of experience in building SaaS solutions from the cloud

Before joining Telepaxx, Tobias Anger worked for over 10 years in various roles at the strategy consultancy McKinsey & Company. The mechanical engineering graduate was most recently an Associate Partner at McKinsey subsidiary Orpheus, where he was responsible for the software development of cloud-based analytics solutions for procurement and the use of artificial intelligence to analyze procurement data.

At Telepaxx Medical Data GmbH, Tobias Anger has been driving the further expansion of the cloud infrastructure and the development of new cloud-based software solutions for hospitals and radiologists since 2022. With the Telepaxx Medical Data Cloud (TMD Cloud), the company already operates the largest cloud for medical image data in Europe.
