The TMD Cloud web portal offers its own modern web interface at Meine Medizindaten , which patients and referring physicians can use to access the image data stored behind the QR codes.
As an image-generating institution, you can conveniently create the QR code directly from your practice management system (PMS), physician information system (PIS), medical information system (MIS) or picture archiving and communication system (PACS)—either selectively and manually or automatically. You can continue to use your familiar systems.
The web links behind the QR codes are filled with the respective images via a central interface. The QR code or link to the image data is provided to the patient as a patient letter (digitally, e.g., via email), via electronic patient record, or transferred to an existing patient portal.
The TMD Cloud has DICOM and HL7 interfaces. This allows you to share or upload DICOM data and PDFs in accordance with HL7. Imaging devices—X-ray machines or CT scanners—can be seamlessly connected.

Third parties such as doctors, referring physicians, and patients can access medical data free of charge. This allows you to view and access data that has been shared with you via any Internet-enabled device with a browser.
