Individually combinable and vendor-neutral

Fully comprehensive, cloud-based PACS

On the basis of the Telepaxx Medical Data Cloud - TMD Cloud for short - you configure your individual PACS software entirely according to your needs.

The combination of our vendor-neutral cloud storage (VNA) for medical diagnostic and image data and a cloud-based web viewer gives you a modern, powerful PACS that moves with you into the digital future of radiology.

Tasks of the PACS software in radiology

Viewing, annotating, and saving medical data

X-rays, CT scans and MRIs generate a lot of data. The questions: How do I diagnose them? How do I access it from different workstations? And where do I store the patient data in an audit-proof manner?

The answer: a Picture Archiving and Communication System - PACS for short. With the cloud PACS, the functions of the PACS software are now migrating to the cloud. And in compliance with data protection regulations.

Cloud computing in radiology

FA& about the Cloud PACS

PACS stands for Picture Archiving and Communication System, i.e. a digital system for archiving and communicating medical image data. In the medical sector, radiology and other imaging specialties, a PACS is part of the modern standard.

Telepaxx Medical Data encrypts the image data and diagnosis data in the TMD Cloud. The keys are managed separately. This ensures the highest level of data security and is fully compliant with current data protection regulations.

Absolutely! The quasi-infinite expansion options of our cloud storage are the simple solution for the growing volumes of data in clinics and hospitals. In addition, a cloud-based hospital PACS makes everyday life easier for doctors and IT departments: patient data is quickly available across departments and can be viewed at any time thanks to the web viewer. It can also be used as a failover concept for an existing PACS solution. The system can also be used across locations.

Cloud PACS is an ideal solution for clinics of any size - even those without their own radiology department. With Cloud PACS, you can retrieve, store, and manage your patients' diagnostic data across sites and departments. This completely digital communication of patient data saves you time and can improve the patient experience.

All cloud-based solutions from Telepaxx are vendor-neutral. That is, regardless of which modality or viewer you are currently using or would like to use in the future: The cloud PACS is compatible with it and a change of manufacturer is possible at any time, simply and without complications. Additional assistance is available from our own support team based in Germany, if required.

Of course! The PACS solution offered by Telepaxx gives you the option of storing medical data in the cloud at Telepaxx in compliance with data protection regulations and in parallel to your primary PACS e.g. as part of an outage concept. If your primary PACS fails, the Cloud PACS steps in and you regain access to the stored images and diagnosis in the shortest possible time via a certified viewer using a web browser.

Funding item 7 promotes cross-site care structures that enable hospitals to coordinate their range of services with one another in such a way as to ensure comprehensive, needs-based inpatient care that is as specialized as possible. In this context, IT structures can also be set up that are made available across facilities and providers by means of cloud computing systems. One such IT infrastructure is the cloud PACS, for example. Please contact us to find out more about eligibility for funding under the KHZG.

The costs for the cloud PACS are usage-dependent. Telepaxx offers attractive monthly package prices for medical practices and clinics of all sizes.

We will be happy to provide you with a non-binding offer based on your individual requirements.
